I dont know how microwave works, but will this work : you can switch off the power to microwave after the required time, so that your food is cooked to right extent, well one must maintain time for this.
Yes that will work. In fact, you don't even need to turn off power to the microwave, there is a stop button. For example, if I just need to warm water for 20 seconds for gargles, I press my 30-second button once, and then press the stop button when the timer shows 10 seconds left.
You heat water for 20 seconds for gargling. I knew it!
